Day 24: Favorite Example of 90s Special Effects

So, I don't pay much attention to special effects in Buffy. So I don't really judge them one way or the other. But I suppose the one that most stands out to me is the snake-Mayor. Looks like something out of a computer game. Not overly impressive or realistic. But really, I don't care all that much. I promise I'll have something more interesting to say in the coming days.
